Chris Pratt

Christopher Pratt has responsibility for the development and delivery of The Summit Group's value generation, knowledge acquisition, marketing, management, and leadership training programs. He has developed and delivered customized sales skills training programs for major firms in a variety of industries. As a member of The Summit Group, Chris has delivered training programs around the world to a wide variety of firms including HP, Cisco Systems, Tetra Pak, Xerox, GlaxoSmithKline, SBC, SC Johnson & Company, the United States Postal Service, and Marriott International. In addition, he is certified in the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator.

Prior to joining The Summit Group, Chris spent almost 18 years in a variety of sales, sales management, and training positions with AT&T. He began his career in 1978 as an account executive. In 1983, he was promoted into the AT&T Sales and Marketing Education Center as an instructor and course manager. As such, he had responsibility for the development and delivery of a variety of courses in the areas of Selling Skills, Marketing Strategy, and Strategic Information Systems. In 1990, he assumed responsibility for the management of AT&T's Sales Assessment Process, including the responsibility for managing the AT&T Assessment Center and for training AT&T sales management personnel to perform the Assessment Process. Following this assignment, Chris moved into sales management and spent several years as a National Account Manager.

Chris holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Ohio University. He resides in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, where he has a long-standing involvement in youth athletics.
