Our approach is based on three key principles, good and simple design, effective delivery, and tracking evidence of applied learning. This is done at three levels:

  • Auditing of applied learning through university standard accreditation learning processes. In this, we can leverage our unique relationship with Middlesex University through the Consalia Global Alliance.
  • Third party research of sales forces where the targeted sales behaviors can be assessed and benchmarked against other sales organizations.
  • Monitoring of sales performance results through live deal coaching, where we are able to document evidence of learning and measure deal conversion ratios.
