Kate Burda brings expertise to her clients in revenue strategies starting with financial performance, and revenue modeling to sales and marketing teams to execute and deliver results.
Over the last 28 years she has lead sales and marketing teams globally. In her work she has designed price modeling and revenue management systems and revenue strategy programs and branding. Her work has focused on how teams align with financial goals and outcomes, to how they engage with customers to be effective – with a customer-centric approach. Her passion is bringing clarity to the complex and connecting people with ideas, other people, and their higher-performance self.
She has a depth of experience working with private equity, global brands, Real Estate Investment Trust Firms developing and delivering sales programs, digital marketing, and pricing systems. She is a professor at Purdue University in Revenue Distribution and Management.
Kate is also a member of WBENC and the Texas Real Estate Commission, as a licensed agent.
She earned her MBA at the University of Colorado and received her Bachelor of Science at the University of Wisconsin – Stout. She is currently living in Dallas, with her husband and Siberian Husky.
