Andrew McHugh is an Executive Leadership Coach and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. He helps teams and leaders improve performance by addressing root causes that sit upstream of execution, ultimately strengthening decision-making, team dynamics, and the ability to deliver consistent results.

Andrew works to align leadership behavior and execution with his clients’ values. Andrew’s approach combines organizational psychology and behavioral science to identify where cultural barriers and unconscious assumptions are limiting growth – he then translates those insights into practical, sustainable change. Andrew’s specialties include Immunity To Change, Psychological Safety, Navigating Polarities, and ADHD. He helps his clients surface critical feedback, navigate competing priorities, and overcome resistance to change.

Prior to his coaching and consulting career, Andrew spent over a decade at Google, where he created and facilitated leadership development programs for teams across product, sales, partnerships, engineering, HR, and operations. Andrew’s current coaching and consulting experience spans technology, financial services, government, nonprofits, startups, and Fortune 500 organizations.
