Jim Campbell, a seasoned leader with a track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional results, brings over 40 years of sales, sales management, and general management expertise to The Summit Group.

A passionate leader, Jim is known for driving sustainable change at the human interaction layer by building teams that are highly motivated to solve root problems in creative ways. Jim thrives on tackling big challenges by engaging the right people, to focus on the right things, at the right time, in the right way.

He has led and been part of several multi-year, enterprise-wide programs in the following areas: business strategy creation through execution, organizational culture transformations, accelerated talent development, digital technology transformations, workforce enablement, leadership development, and has also done extensive leadership coaching.

Jim has consulting and industry experience in the following sectors: financial services, healthcare, high-tech, media & entertainment, transportation, telecommunications, and manufacturing.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Jim and his wife, Karly, love all things water and live on the lake just south of Madison, Wisconsin. Jim has been a passionate sailor for over 50 years and has competed at the Olympic level in over 10 countries. He is still active on the racing circuit on his E Scow.
