Mike Tecce, a seasoned sales leader and former vice president of Ricoh Global Services Americas, brings over 40 years of experience in sales and sales management to The Summit Group team. Having led North American global account sales at Ricoh, Mike has a proven track record of driving success and growth.

With the launch of his Tecce Tuesday Consulting practice, Mike now also offers his expertise in motivational speaking, coaching, mentoring, and strategic account selling. His dynamic leadership and extensive knowledge help clients optimize their sales processes, enhance performance, and maximize profitability.

As a competitive and visionary top-performer, Mike is dedicated to infusing positivity and improving the lives of individuals and sales teams, both personally and professionally. Outside of his professional achievements, he is an avid marathon runner. He has completed 43 marathons, including 18 Boston Marathons and all six World Marathon Majors. Mike is based out of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.
